I had the pleasure of going to a Collective Mic event Evening of Shorts.

I must say it was a wonderful experience.
You could feel the passion from the artist. It was very organized, thought out & emotional.

The creativity and the talent was amazing.
They had a way of tapping into everyone in the audience emotionally, mentally, & spiritually.
It was a very enlightening experience.
I'm looking forward to attending more events. Keep doing what you're doing. You're writing a creativity & your passion shows.

"I had the pleasure of coming to the encore presentation of the five evening of shorts, produced by the brilliant Jody and Tiffani!
This was actually my second time viewing it, and it was even more impactful this time around every short film holds a level of emotion that just grabs your attention and doesn’t let go. Not without her stories is such a powerful tale of survival strength, tenacity that women have to display day in, and day out! One of my favorite pieces was the dancer. It was a great display of talent. It held the emotion, and I was able to really get what the story was telling! all in all it was a great evening, and I believe that everyone can benefit from seeing this either you know someone who’s been affected by the stories or you yourself can relate to it. I cannot wait to see what the ladies do next!"

"I wanted to reach out to yall and let you know this production is absolutely AMAZING from start to finish! The story line of each "short" was spot on. Very relatable to everyone's life experiences. The "It's Not My Fault" short holds a very special place in my heart and is out of this world! As a victim of sexual assault at a young age this play touched on the fact that it was NOT MY FAULT. There are just predators out there that manipulate the mind of young people and I've grown to believe that there is a special place in hell for those individuals! Thank you to the entire writing team, production team, actors and actresses who did a phenomenal job putting these plays together! Very informative and much needed! THANK YOU!"
